This Desco 07430 Static Dissipative ESD Binder is designed to provide ESD protection when storing 8.5″x11″ paper or sheet protectors in ESD protected areas. Featuring a static dissipative vinyl 3-ring binder and clear overlay pockets that are tested to Rtt 1 x 104 to < 1 x 1011 Ohms per ANSI/ESD STM11.11, electrostatic charges are quickly removed when grounded.
